Can't sign in? Try resetting your password using the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. If issues persist, contact support with your email address.
Upload issues? Ensure files are within size limits (max 20MB for videos, 10MB for images) and in supported formats (MP4, MOV for videos; JPG, PNG for images).
Account deletion? Go to Settings → Delete Account in the app. This will permanently remove all your data.
Report inappropriate content? Tap the ⋮ (three dots) menu on any post or profile and select "Report".
Block a user? Go to their profile, tap the ⋮ menu, and select "Block User". You won't see their content anymore.
Video not playing? Check your internet connection. Videos require a stable connection. If issues persist, try refreshing the page.
Profile not updating? Changes may take a few moments to sync. Try logging out and back in if issues persist.
